Very simple and concise directions! My father taught me young how to clean fish and shuck oysters, but I have never fileted a flounder– I’m thinking that trick of leaving the filet attached at the tail may work well when fileting (sp?) our Chesapeake Bay rockfish, as well! Thanks, Ron
