That's Why They Call Them Snappers

Mangrove snapper, also known as gray snapper, were always a favortie catch for me. They call these fish snappers for a reason. They have a nasty habit of snapping their very toothy mouth open and shut any time you try to remove a hook. I have been bitten by a few over the years, but nothing like what happened to my cousin, Jim on one trip...
