That fish is a sheepshead, common around rocks, pilings and oyster bars on the US Atlantic and Gulf fo Mexico coast. They have hard crusher teeth and strong jaws. The upper and lower front teeth resemble those of a sheep (and of a human for that matter) hence the name. Hard fighting and excellent eating they grow to over ten pounds in weight.
