Big Al's wife Diane caught this fish on Sat of the past weekend down at Apalachicola, Fl.  This 30 lb Red was caught on 12 lb big game line on a 6 ft St Croix Custom rod.  The fish weight 30 lb and was 42 inches long.  They were fishing in 20 to 25 mph winds out of the east with 4 foot sea.  It took here about 30 min to land the fish the help of Capt Rex Phipps of  http://www.captrexphipps.com/.  They have been fishing with Rex each fall for about 8 years.
