Guide Review - Rapala Pliers
I use these pliers with my Holdzit pliers sheath. Clipped to my side, they have become so much a part of my fishing that I instinctively reach for them when I need to cut a line or remove a hook. Made of stainless steel, they hold up extremely well in a saltwater environment. The cutting edge is not designed to cut heavy wire leaders, but it does just fine on lighter wire and monofilament line. I have put these pliers through a lot of abuse over the years, and they still perform well. The reasons are twofold: first, because they are made well, and second because the Holdzit pouch helps keep them lubricated and rust free. You won't find me on the water without these pliers and sheath on my side.
