Upper Bay Charter Captains Association
The Upper Bay Charter Captains Association (UBCCA) is an organization whose members hold both United States Coast Guard captain license and a Maryland Fishing Guide license. They are dedicated to the promotion of the Upper Chesapeake Bay, with a primary focus on offering world class Striped Bass fishing plus great opportunities for other species. Boats of all sizes are available.
