We ran probably 10 miles off the reef, past the southbound shipping lanes and toward the middle of the Gulfstream. Southbound ship traffic always runs just inside the stream to avoid it's six-knot northerly current. Northbound traffic rides the middle to take every advantage of the extra push. This isn’t so much a commet as a question . I understand many of the coastal states won’t let disable to use motorized cart’s on the beaches to surf fish . We have a lot of older people as well as disable vets that enjoy surf fishing . Where or their rights . I understand the problem of people flying up and down the beach raising billy . But there needs to be a opening for the desabled to enjoy the sport .
